Purpose of Information Collection
I collect your name, email address, and any information provided in your initial email solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule a complimentary discovery call. I do not use this information for marketing purposes, nor do I sell, rent, or share it with third parties.
Data Security & Email Risks
Please be advised that standard electronic mail is not a completely secure means of communication. Although I implement reasonable measures to safeguard your information, there remains a possibility that emails could be intercepted or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
Recommendation: Kindly refrain from including sensitive or detailed personal health information in your initial correspondence. Please focus the inquiry solely on arranging the discovery call.
Data Retention
If we proceed with a discovery call, your contact information will be kept temporarily to facilitate scheduling. If you do not become a client, your initial email will be deleted within 24 hours after our correspondence ends.
Your Rights
Under Ontario privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time. You may withdraw your consent for email communication by contacting me directly.
Emergencies
Email should not be used in crisis or emergency situations. If you are in immediate distress, please contact a local Toronto emergency service or crisis line.
